How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep:
- Contracts for a period of up to 6 years after the completion of the mediation. Any complaints or legal action, we will keep the data for up to 10 years. We will then dispose your information by securely disposing of it.
- Emails, including information of contact forms, 1 year.
- Documents provided for mediation, including any notes taken by Creative Resolution Mediation Services, are held until mediation until the completion of mediation and then will be securely destroyed. Where paper documents are involved they will be shredded immediately after the mediation.
